Refund policy
We want all of our customers to be happy with our product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at customersupport@browncosmeticsinc.com.
Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, you must contact customer service to be issued a Return Authorization Number. Email customer service at customersupport@browncosmeticsinc.com and include REFUND in the subject line.
Return unused gel in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days, depending on your banking institution. A refund will be issued for the cost of the product, only. We do not refund shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds
For late or missing refunds please check with your bank or credit card company first as it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you still have questions please contact us at customersupport@browncosmeticsinc.com
Sale and Promotional items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using product tracking (not required) as a means of ensuring we receive your item for exchange/return.
